My story
My first job gave me people who are still in my life today. Co-workers who became mentors. Mentors who became friends. The kind of relationships I leaned on when I needed them most, and that gave me hope at points when I didn’t have much else.
That experience shaped how I see work, relationships, and personal growth. Work is where we spend a significant portion of our lives. At its best, it can provide purpose, growth, connection, and belonging. At its worst, it can leave people feeling isolated, burned out, and unsure of themselves.
Because everyone deserves to have someone in their corner.
